I am Pastor Derrick Wilson, the Senior Pastor of a non-denominational church since 1993. I have dedicated over three decades to pastoral ministry, community leadership, and holistic well-being. I previously served as Chairman and Pastor of an independent school in West London and as Vice Chairman of a credit union, bringing both spiritual guidance and practical leadership to the communities I’ve served.

I have been happily married to my wife, Paulette, for 38 years, and we are proud parents of a wonderful daughter and son-in law, and grandparents to two vibrant little girls.

Beyond ministry, I am the founder of Better Health Solutions, and I have been a passionate researcher and advocate for natural health for over 30 years. My journey into health and wellness began in my teenage years through a strong commitment to physical fitness. I trained in martial arts—achieving a black belt in Kung Fu—and practiced Judo, Karate, and Yoga.

 My interest in health and nutrition deepened in 1983 after attending my first Health & Nutrition Exhibition at Earls Court Exhibition Centre.

However, it was in the year 2000—when my mother was diagnosed with stomach cancer—that my commitment to natural healing intensified. For two years, her symptoms were dismissed by her doctor, until she was finally diagnosed at an advanced stage. I accompanied her through several chemotherapy sessions at the gynaecology ward. One day, as I observed the fear and hopelessness in the faces of others undergoing treatment, I felt a divine prompting: “There is a natural way to deal with cancer—you must research.” Sadly, my mother passed away shortly thereafter, but her journey became the catalyst for my life’s work in health and nutrition.

Since then, I’ve devoted myself to extensive research, beginning with the Bible—the original book of wisdom. I was amazed by how much it says about food, oils, and natural remedies. Scriptures like Ezekiel 47:12("...the fruit will be for food and the leaves for medicine") and Hosea 4:6 ("My people perish for lack of knowledge") confirmed that God has already given us the tools for healing through nature.

Through this journey, I’ve witnessed numerous health conditions reversed, and many more greatly improved, through the use of natural, God-given remedies. I am convinced that 99% of all sickness and disease can be healed through herbal and natural remedies, provided individuals are willing to make meaningful lifestyle changes.

It’s not rocket science—when you eat and drink what your body was designed to receive, your cells respond with vitality and health. My mission is to share this knowledge and empower you with the truth so that you may, as 3 John 1:2 says, “prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.”
